What you are paying for
The $49 charge is a refundable founding-member deposit for booking and follow-up software for plumbing businesses. It is not a phone service, not a carrier plan, not a subscription, and not the $199 setup fee by itself. PayPal’s checkout description uses the same wording.
You can join the founding list without paying. The deposit is optional.

Amount
$49 USD, paid through PayPal when the button is available. We do not take card numbers on this site. Keep the PayPal receipt and the order id.
What the deposit is credited toward
If you start service, we credit the $49 toward the $199 one-time setup. It is not credited toward the monthly plan. The monthly plans ($79 with 100 AI minutes, or $149 with 400 AI minutes) are not charged by this deposit. We will not start a monthly plan until the service is available and you agree to start.
Launch date
The target launch date is June 30, 2027. That date is a target, not a promise that the text-back will be connected to your line on that day. It can move. If it moves, or if we do not launch, your deposit remains refundable until it has been credited to a setup fee you agreed to pay. REVIEW: confirm this date before publishing.
We email the list before anyone is billed for setup or a monthly plan.
Refunds
- Email hello@plumbping.com from the address you signed up with and include your PayPal order id.
- Before the monthly plan starts, we refund the $49 in full to the original PayPal payment. You do not have to give a reason.
- If we never launch, or you ask because the target date moved, the same full refund applies.
- Once the deposit has been credited to a setup fee you agreed to pay, this deposit refund ends. Any later refund of the setup fee will be written on the site before you are charged that fee. REVIEW: write that setup-fee refund rule before the first setup charge.
- We aim to send the PayPal refund within 10 business days of a clear request. PayPal’s own posting time is separate.
If the button is missing
The PayPal button appears only when this server has a PayPal client id configured. A missing button means checkout is off. It does not mean you owe $49.
